Do I need to see a physician before coming to PT?No, you do not. Texas is a direct access state meaning that you can come directly to PT without an extra visit to the doctor saving you time and money in the process. This means you can start your recovery faster to alleviate your pain and get back to what you love to do while keeping more money in your pocket. If your recovery takes more than 15 business days, we will require a prescription at that time to continue therapy.

Do you take my insurance? We are a hybrid clinic that offers both cash and insurance-based options depending on what services are best for you. We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, and Cigna. We also take payment through your FSA/HSA card.

What is the benefit of cash pay PT?Of course, the individualized 1:1 attention to you and your goals is the big benefit of paying cash for PT but there are several other major benefits for you. First, because everything is paid up front and you never have to worry about getting a bill in the mail from us. Secondly, it may be reimbursable from your insurance company for a percentage of what you paid depending on your insurance benefits. Lastly, you will never have your visits cut off by insurance where you would have to wait for the next calendar year for coverage. This is truly the approach if you want to take your healthcare into your own hands.

What does a typical session look like? Our goal with each session is for you to feel like you got a great workout while also reducing your pain. The body has an amazing capacity to heal itself and return to baseline and exercising and working hard push the muscles, tendons, and ligaments towards that baseline. We start with a warm up which helps your body temperature raise and improves healing potential in session. We follow this up with any manual therapy needed to help modulate your pain and improve your ability to move with less pain. This can include cupping, dry needling, scraping, soft tissue release or joint manipulation. Finally, we will spend the majority of the time with performance-based rehab and working out which will increase your body’s capacity to be stronger, more resilient to injuries, and get you back to your passion and hobbies.
